1. General

By accessing the SocialKing website and engaging in SocialKing’s products and services you agree that you have fully read, understand, agree and are bound by the these Terms and Conditions, a link to which is available from every page of the SocialKing website.

This is the most recent Terms of Service agreement as of 1/6/2017. SocialKing reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time without notice. Any further changes modify and replace all former agreements. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT ALL OF SOCIALKING’S TERMS OF SERVICE PLEASE DO NOT REACH OUT OR ENGAGE IN ANY OF OUR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES.

2. Service

SocialKing’s products and services are to be used for promotional purposes only. We do not guarantee that your new followers, fans or subscribers will engage with your account in any way beyond the service explicitly purchased. You agree and understand that you are bound by the Terms of Service of the social network in which you are requesting our marketing services.

3. Payment

You agree that upon purchasing a product or service from SocialKing:

  1. You understand what you are purchasing.
  2. You have authorization to use the credit card, debit card, PayPal account or any other payment source used to make the purchase.
  3. You will not chargeback, dispute, reverse any payment until after discussing the situation with our support team.

SocialKing is in no way affiliated with any of the companies or social networks in which we provide marketing services for. This includes but is not limited to: Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook and SoundCloud. You will in no way copy any code or content on SocialKing’s website without written consent from a SocialKing representative.

5. Liabilities

Under no circumstance shall SocialKing be responsible for any damages, liabilities, or losses, whether sounding in contract, tort, or otherwise, arising out of your use of SocialKing or the services. You understand and acknowledge that your use of the services is at your own risk.

6. Refunds

Each claim will be evaluated individually before making any return. By default, when the user has enjoyed the service, no refund will be made. In order to request any Refunds, please send an email to info@neoslu.com including the reason. Once a return has been confirmed, it will be effective on your card (not by other methods) within a maximum period of 10 business days.

7. Retention Guarantee

SocialKing offers a Limited Retention Guarantee / Warranty with some of their services. If a customer uses one of SocialKing Services and then loses followers, likes, views and/or plays acquired by SocialKing, may be able to re-deliver followers, likes, views and/or plays at no cost. Each service offers a different duration for SocialKing’s Retention Guarantee, and is indicated below:
